In light of ongoing global health developments related to COVID19, abiding by the requirement of Ministry of Education of China, we are sorry to inform you that the 19th Wuhan International Conference on E-business will be postponed. The conference organizers are now in the process of transforming WHICEB2020 into an interactive, all-virtual format, and the postponed conference dates will be announced later once we receive approval from Ministry of Education. The paper review process has completed by now, and we will send out the review result and further notification on publishing details on 15th of March to make sure conference proceedings be submitted ISI at earliest time. We hope the conference proceedings will be indexed around end of this year or early next year. Thank you for your attention and support all along.
