WHICEB2026 Submission Requirement

 

1. Important dates for the author

    Submission Deadlines: The WHICEB2026 submissions website is open from November 15th, 2025 until January 18th, 2026The submission deadline is extended to January  25th, 2023. 

    All submissions must adhere to the submission guidelines outlined on this web page. 17 Tracks are available for submission. For the Call for Papers (CFP), you can download here.

2. General submission requirements

     2.1 LanguageEnglish (dialects including American, British, Canadian, etc.) is the language of the conference and of all submissions. 

     2.2 OriginalitySubmissions to WHICEB2026 must be original; submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings.

     2.3 Template and FormattingConference proceedings will be published in Springer’s Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing (LNBIP). The paper must not exceed 12 LNBIP pages (including the abstract and references).  Production of the camera-ready paper will be much smoother if authors use the available MS Word template, which incorporates all the recommended formatting guidelines. Template supporting MS-Word 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019.        Any submission that does not use this template or deviates from the formatting requirements will be rejected without review. After formatting your full paper according to the Springer guidelines and before its submission (through the CMS) you are kindly asked to carry out a number of checks.     

     2.4 Author Information: The papers submitted for review MUST NOT contain any author information due to the double-blind review process. The papers submitted for review not anonymous will be rejected without review.

3. The Types of Paper

       Full research papers: The paper should be written in English and not have been published before. The topic of the paper should comply with conference tracks. A full research paper is expected to include innovative research results from empirical research, experiment, modeling, or a theoretical study. Excellent papers after double-blind review will be awarded ‘best paper nomination’ and be recommended to international journals. The length of the submitted paper should not exceed 12 LNBIP pages.  At least one author of the accepted paper should attend the conference and present the paper, and accepted papers should register before April 3rd, 2026.

 4. How to submit online
     All submissions are to be made via the WHICEB2026 submission system at the Easychair system. Only PDF format is accepted for the submission. After creating an account and logging on to the Easychair site, the authors should submit their papers. Please note that once a manuscript has been submitted to the online submission system, it can be edited or revised before the deadline of submission.

5. Track/Topic section
     When submitting online, you must select a topic for your manuscript. If your paper seems suitable for more than one topic, please submit it to the one topic where you deem the paper would make the most important contribution. Under no circumstances should the same paper be submitted to more than one topic.

6. Notification of Acceptance 

      All submitted papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee or Session Organizer according to the standard review procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent by email to the corresponding authors after 15th March, 2026. You can also check the result of your paper on the online system EasyChair.

    Each author is allowed to accept as a maximum of Three papers, with all author names listed in the order they appear in the submission. Each track chair is permitted to accept a maximum of One paper.
