Brief Introduction
In recent years, the rapid development of data science and AI has promoted the intelligence of the society. Smart society has improved people’s living standards, but also changed people’s habits and ways of thinking. With the changes in people’s living habits, ways of thinking, forms of communication, and technical support, society is constantly transforming and innovating. This special issue focuses on how to utilize digital technologies to further promote the level of social governance.
