Jin Li is a Professor at the School of Management in Xi’an Jiaotong University. His recent research interests include cloud computing, data governance, and business intelligence. He has received supports from the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the China Association for Science and Technology. He has published papers in journals such as Journal of Management World (in Chinese), Information Systems Research, INFORMS Journal on Computing, and many others. He serves as the deputy secretary general of the Systems Engineering Society of China (SESC), and the secretary general of the Youth Chapter in SESC. He also serves as an associate editor for journals including Data Science and Management and Annuals of Data Science.

Yang (Alison) LIU is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Intelligent Business, Xi’an Jiaotong University. She received her PhD in Information Systems and Analytics (2018) from National University of Singapore (NUS) and her main research interests are human-computer/AI interaction, online consumer behavior, and digital innovation. Adopting lab and field experiments, her research explores the impact of new technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, and artificial intelligence on users’ cognition, decision making and behavior (e.g. mobile application design to promote self-regulation, VR/AR/short video platform and consumer behavior, AI-based content creation and governance). Her research has been published in leading journals in the field of management and information systems, such as Information Systems Research (UTD 24), Journal of Management Information Systems (FT 50), Journal of the Association for Information Systems (ABS 4*), and has received the Best Research-in-Progress Award at the International Conference on Information Systems. She has served as track chair and associate editor for several international conferences in the field of information systems (e.g. ICIS and PACIS), and served as anonymous reviewer for MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, etc. She is a principal investigator of one research project from National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Project), a co-principal investigator of one research project from Hong Kong General Research Fund, and participated in one research project from National Natural Science Foundation of China (Key Project).

Xiang Gong is an Associate Professor at Department of Marketing in the School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University. He graduated from the jointed PhD program between University of Science and Technology of China and City University of Hong Kong. His research interest is platform economy, including sharing economy, social commerce, and online healthcare. He is a principal investigator of Youth Project and General Project from National Natural Science Foundation of China. He also participates in Key Project from National Natural Science Foundation of China and Major Project from National Social Science Foundation. He has published over 30 papers in major journals in the information systems discipline, such as Journal of the Association for Information Systems and Information Systems Journal. He serves as the Editorial Review Board of Internet Research and International Journal of Information Management.
