♦ SPEECH1:From Doorstep to Diet-Related Diseases: Health Impacts of Online Food Delivery Platforms

Dr. Li Yao is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Business, Southern University of Science and Technology. She earned his Ph.D. in Management from the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. Her primary research interests include healthcare operations management, health information technology, and business data analytics. Dr. Li has published his research in leading international journals and conferences in management, such as the top-tier management journal Manufacturing & Service Operations Management (MSOM), as well as premier academic conferences including ICIS and AOM. She has received academic and teaching honors, including the First Prize in the Young Faculty Teaching Competition at Southern University of Science and Technology, the Best Conference Paper Award of the CTO Division at the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting, and the Best Paper Nomination Award of INFORMS CIST. She is also recognized as an Outstanding Graduate of Beijing and the recipient of Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of Tsinghua University. Currently, she leads one national-level research project and two municipal-level research projects in Shenzhen.

Dr. Yukun Yang is an Assistant Professor and PhD supervisor at the College of Business, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). Her primary research areas include the governance of digital platforms and their ecosystems, blockchain, crowdfunding, and open innovation. Her research has been published in several internationally renowned journals and conferences. In addition, multiple business cases she has developed have been included in internationally recognized case centers.

Her research interests include the business value of information systems, IT-enabled supply chain management, inter-firm relationship and innovation. Her works have been published in Information Systems Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, the Proceedings of the International Conference on Information Systems, and Academy of Management Proceedings.
