♦ SPEECH1:Who Dominates Social Influence? Impact Differences of Humans and Bots in Online Social Networks

Prof. Chen Xi is currently a Professor and Chair of the Department of Data Science and Management Science & Engineering at the School of Management, Zhejiang University. His research focuses on cutting-edge domains including social media analytics, social network analysis, and social commerce.
He has led multiple national and provincial-level research projects, including Key Programs and Major Research Plans under the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). His scholarly work has been published in premier journals listed in the FMS International A-tier journal ranking, such as Information Systems Research (UTD24), Production and Operations Management (UTD24), INFORMS Journal on Computing (UTD24), Journal of the Association for Information Systems (ABS 4*), European Journal of Operational Research, and Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology. His Chinese publications appear in T1 journals of the FMS Chinese ranking, including Management World and Journal of Management Engineering, as well as Senior Scholars’ Basket journals such as Decision Support Systems and Information & Management.
Prof. Chen serves as Associate Editor for Information & Management (I&M) and Industrial Management & Data Systems (IMDS), and acts as Area Editor for Journal of Management Engineering. He has consistently contributed as Track AE for major international conferences including the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), demonstrating sustained commitment to advancing academic community development.

Professor Yu TONG’s research interests cover health information technology, digital-enabled use behavior, digital collaboration. Her work has been accepted or published in journals such as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Production and Operations Management, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, and Information & Management. She has chaired several grants including Major Fund and Outstanding Youth Fund from National Natural Science Foundation of China, General Research Fund from Hong Kong Research Grant Council. She also received Early Career Award from Hong Kong university grants committee and several research and best paper awards. She also serves on several editorial boards.

Xixian Peng is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at the Department of Data Science and Engineering Management, School of Management, Zhejiang University. He is also a core member of the Neuromanagement Laboratory at Zhejiang University. His interests broadly include Human-Computer/AI Interaction, E-commerce Live Streaming, and NeuroIS. His research has appeared in journals such as Information Systems Research, Product and Operations Management, Decision Support Systems, Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology, Computers in Human Behavior, etc.
