In light of ongoing global health developments related to COVID19, abiding by the requirement of the Ministry of Education of China, WHICEB2020 will be held on July 5th, 2020 virtually online. Considering the time difference globally and other factors, the keynote speeches, and other symposiums together with workshops will all be canceled, the conference paper presentation session will be reserved only. It is free for all attendees who are interested in WHICEB2020.
