Brief Introduction
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), conversational AI products, such as ChatGPT, are becoming increasingly sophisticated and garnering widespread attention. These technologies rely on a series of AI algorithms capable of effectively parsing, analyzing, and modeling human language. Today, conversational AI has been extensively applied across various settings, such as education, business, and entertainment, offering users new experiences and services. However, the ethical and social implications that accompany these developments have sparked considerable discussion, particularly regarding potential risks such as cognitive biases and privacy concerns. Thus, exploring the opportunities and challenges presented by conversational AI driven by chatbots has become an important issue that warrants urgent attention.
This track aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the practical applications and impacts of conversational AI from multiple perspectives, such as individuals and organizations. Papers that employ a variety of theories and methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods) are welcomed. Also, papers should be methodologically rigorous and innovative in terms of theoretical elaboration and contribution.
