WHICEB2021 Submission Requirement
The submission deadline for the full manuscript is extended to January 31th, 2021.
1. Important dates for the author
Submission Deadlines: The WHICEB2021 submissions website is open from December 5th, 2020 until January 31th, 2021.
2. General submission requirements
2.1 Language: English (dialects including American, British, Canadian, etc.) is the language of the conference and of all submissions.
2.2 Originality: Submissions to WHICEB2021 must be original; submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings.
2.3 Template and Formatting: You can first download the submission template here to editor your manuscript using Microsoft Word. The body of the submission (text, figures, tables, references, and appendices) should be stored in one single file and must use the template provided on the WHICEB2020 website.
All figures and illustrations must be inserted into your Word .DOC or Word .DOCX file as either JPG or GIF format. For more instructions regarding figures, please see submission template. Any submission that does not use this template or deviates from the formatting requirements will be rejected without review.
All submissions must be transformed into PDF format using Adobe Acrobat or other software before submission. Files submitted in other formats or that do not use the submission template will not be considered for review.
Authors enter the submission title, abstract, keywords, and author information in the menus prompted by Easychair.
2.4 Author Information: The papers submitted for review MUST NOT contain any author information due to the double-blind review process. The papers submitted for review not being anonymous will be rejected without review.
3. The Types of paper
Type 1: Full research papers: The paper should be written in English, and haven’t been published before. The topic of the paper should comply with conference tracks. Full research paper is expected to include innovative research results from empirical research, experiment, modeling or theory study. Excellent papers after double-blind review will be awarded ‘best paper nomination’ and be recommended to international journals. The length of submitted paper should be 8-12 pages (typesetting as required by proceedings paper format). The recommended paper author is required to provide expanded abstract of 2 pages. The published expanded abstract in the conference in proceedings will not influence submitting your paper to internal journals in the future. At least one author of accepted paper should attend the conference and present the paper, and accepted papers should register before March 31, 2021.
Type 2: Short Research Papers: The paper should be written in English, and haven’t been published before. The topic of the paper should comply with conference tracks. Your paper should be novel, unique, or interdisciplinary. The contents of the paper can be literature review on new issues, theory development at initial stage, new analysis or method on existing data. The length of submitted paper should be 7-8 At least one author of accepted paper should attend the conference and present the paper, and accepted papers should register before March 31, 2021.
4. How to submit online
All submissions are to be made via the WHICEB2020 submission system at Easychair-WHICEB2021. Only PDF format is accepted for the submission system. After creating an account and logging on to the Easychair site, the authors should submit their papers. Please note that once a manuscript has been submitted to the online submission system it CAN be edited, or revised before the deadline of submission.
5. Track/Topic section
When submitting online, you must select a topic for your manuscript. If your paper seems suitable for more than one topic, please submit it to the one topic where you deem the paper would make the most important contribution. Under no circumstances should the same paper be submitted to more than one topic.
6. Notification of Acceptance
All submitted papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee or Session Organizer according to the standard review procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding authors after 15th March, 2021. You can also check the result of your paper at the online system EasyChair.
