WHICEB2025 Submission Requirement

 

1. Important dates for the author

    Submission Deadlines: The WHICEB2025 submissions website is open from November 10th, 2024 until January 25th, 2025The submission deadline is extended to January  25th, 2023. 

    All submissions must adhere to the submission guidelines outlined on this web page. Tracks are available for submission. For Call for paper(CFP) you can download here.

2. General submission requirements

     2.1 LanguageEnglish (dialects including American, British, Canadian, etc.) is the language of the conference and of all submissions. 

     2.2 OriginalitySubmissions to WHICEB2025 must be original; submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings.

     2.3 Template and FormattingConference proceedings will be published in Springer’s Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing (LNBIP). Paper must not exceed 12 LNBIP pages (including abstract and references). All authors are kindly asked to follow the LNBIP Author formatting guidelines from Springer for the preparation of their manuscripts. The Author Guidelines document summarizes how a proceedings paper should be structured, how elements (headings, figures, references) should be formatted using predefined styles, etc. It also gives some insight on how a paper will be typeset at Springer.

     Production of the camera-ready paper will be much smoother if authors use the available MS Word template, which incorporates all the recommended formatting guidelines. Template supporting MS-Word 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019.        Any submission that does not use this template or deviates from the formatting requirements will be rejected without review. After formatting your full paper according to the Springer guidelines and before its submission (through the CMS) you are kindly asked to carry out a number of checks.

     All submissions must be transformed into PDF format using Adobe Acrobat or other software before submission. Files submitted in other formats or that do not use the submission template will not be considered for review.

      Authors enter the submission title, abstract, keywords, and author information in the menus prompted by Easychair.

     2.4 Author Information: The papers submitted for review MUST NOT contain any author information due to the double-blind review process. The papers submitted for review not being anonymous will be rejected without review.

3. The Types of paper

       Full research papers: The paper should be written in English, and haven’t been published before. The topic of the paper should comply with conference tracks. A full research paper is expected to include innovative research results from empirical research, experiment, modeling or theory study. Excellent papers after double-blind review will be awarded ‘best paper nomination’ and be recommended to international journals. The length of the submitted paper should be not exceed 12 LNBIP pages .  At least one author of the accepted paper should attend the conference and present the paper, and accepted papers should register before April  2nd, 2025.

     

4. How to submit online
     All submissions are to be made via the WHICEB2025 submission system at Easychair-WHICEB2025. Only PDF format is accepted for the submission system. After creating an account and logging on to the Easychair site, the authors should submit their papers.      Please note that once a manuscript has been submitted to the online submission system it CAN be edited, or revised before the deadline of submission.

5. Track/Topic section
     When submitting online, you must select a topic for your manuscript. If your paper seems suitable for more than one topic, please submit it to the one topic where you deem the paper would make the most important contribution. Under no circumstances should the same paper be submitted to more than one topic.

6. Notification of Acceptance 

      All submitted papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee or Session Organizer according to the standard review procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding authors after 12th March, 2025. You can also check the result of your paper on the online system EasyChair.
